Report: Glengeary- Black Spot

19:05 May 18 2020 Near 53.283161226416,-6.1269359582978

Description
I refer to the railway bridge at The Lord's Walk between Glengeary and Sandycove dart stations (see attached photo).

I am prompted to write after today I have witnessed yet another crash between 2 cyclists coming in opposite directions at this bend on The Metals.

There is no signage to indicate a speed limit, or "Stay on the Left". Pedestrians (and many elderly people who live in the area) are walking on the left, right and centre. The most recent crash I saw involved a cyclist at speed, coming around the bend, crashing into a woman pushing a double-buggy.

It is only a matter of time before there is a fatality.
