Hello. Reporting a blocked sewage drain. For the past 3 weeks a public sewer has been blocked outside ours houses on the public road. It is currently overflowing with human waste down the street and into an surface water drain. This drain I believe flows into the nearby river which flows into Malahide estuary. There is an extreme odor in the area as a result our kids cannot play outside. Additionally neighbors have seen rats in recent weeks which can only be attributed to this effluent. Local councils, Irish water and the original developer of the estate have all been contacted and all deny it is their responsibility. We need this issue resolved before the weather gets too bad and the overflow starts to backup into our houses. Please we need somebody to resolve this issue.
